It\u2019s one of Kyushu\u2019s largest chocolate festivals with more than 100 chocolate brands from 16 countries! This year\u2019s theme is \u201cTous les go\u00fbts sont dans la nature!\u201d and marks the eleventh time for the Salon du Chocolat to be staged in Fukuoka. If the sheer number of chocolate makes it hard to choose what to buy, check out the Salon du Chocolat Selection Boxes. They contain assorted chocolate pieces carefully selected from different chocolatiers from all over the world. You can also chat with the chocolatiers directly to learn more about the history of various brands. A bean to bar display provides information about where chocolate is produced, what are the raw ingredients, and how chocolate is manufactured. There are also talk shows held by well-known chocolatiers and patissiers as well as an eat-in corner offering special sweets and drinks. The venue can get crowded, so avoid the morning and after-work rush!<\/p>\n
