This promises to be a great chance to discover more about the food culture of Kobe, Kyoto, Osaka and Nara, collectively known as the Kansai region. Visitors can check out a cooking demonstration of <em>takoyaki<\/em> (octopus balls) and sample a range of tasty treats, such as traditional Japanese <em>matcha<\/em>-flavored confectionery. There\u2019s also a section for diners to sit down and eat-in.
