Traditional floats will parade through the streets around Kurosaki Station, accompanied by powerful performances of <em>hayashi<\/em> music characterized with sounds of <em>taiko<\/em> drums, <em>sho<\/em> brass chimes, and trumpet tritons. Staging of <em>taiko<\/em> performances (7\/15,) float performances (7\/19) and the finale event (7\/22) are the must-sees of the exciting one-week festival.
