Parents come to pray and give thanks for their children\u2019s growth and health, especially for children who cry at night, and children offer sweets and snacks to the enshrined deity. The shrine\u2019s symbol is (unsurprisingly!) an egg &#8211; try the egg-themed food at the festival stalls or join the egg-related parent-child workshops and events. Live performances too.
