A total of 12 exhibitors will sell their goods and provide insight into how they were made and sourced. Some of the goods on offer this year are dried <em>yuzu<\/em> powder from Saga, hot <em>mikan<\/em> concentrate from Oita, and a special paste made with pears, ginger and honey, perfect for the colder seasons, from Fukuoka.
