Nominees who have been selected from approximately 100 local brewers will proudly present their soy products including <em>shoyu<\/em> (soy sauce,) <em>dashi-shoyu<\/em> (soup stock blended sauce,) <em>ponzu<\/em> (vinegar blended sauce) and <em>miso<\/em> (fermented bean seasoning). Taste the flavorful soy products and vote on your favorite!
