CINEMA dub MONKS are celebrating their 20th anniversary! Daiho Soga and Gandhi Nishigaki have performed in cities all over the world since they first got together in Okinawa two decades ago. The duo has also been involved in the “circo de sartre” project since 2014, which has seen them display their talents at even more locations outside of Japan. A series of special events are scheduled to take place at the Kujira branch of Manu Coffee Roasters to mark CINEMA dub MONKS’ milestone, including live performances and an exhibition of original items inspired by the places they have visited during their travels. There will also be a screening of a feature-length documentary about the time they spent in Lisbon and Barcelona! Be sure to stop by!<\/p>\n
