The artists come from the UK.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/studiokura.info\/en\/2020\/10\/announcing-kitty-harris-s-exhibition-bridge-of-magpies\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kitty Harris<\/strong><\/a> (UK)<br \/>\nBridge of Magpies<br \/>\nExhibition style: Illustration<\/p>\n<p>Kitty Harris is an illustrator from London. She received a distinction in her MA in Illustration from the University of the Arts London in 2019 and has been living in Tokyo since January 2020.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.fukuoka-now.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/50407209192_7a613014f5.jpg?resize=1024%2C683&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-136622\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She combines digital drawing with traditional materials such as gouache and coloured pencils to create her work. Her illustrations are primarily aimed at children, often exploring the real and imagined relationship between children and animals to create gentle and cosy scenes.<\/p>\n<p>In \u201cBridge of Magpies\u201d Kitty has taken inspiration from traditional Japanese folktales and mythology and produced a series of illustrations that put storytelling at the heart of the artwork.
