This month Hakata Hankyu showcases some of the best food and drink that the Tohoku region offers. A total of 43 eateries will be serving delicious dishes from Akita, Aomori, Fukushima, Iwate, Miyagi, and Yamagata prefectures. Featured items include a seafood bento<\/em> with \u201cKoishihama Scallop\u201d representing the Sanriku area, and a bento<\/em> with rare Yonezawa beef, a brand beef with fine marbling. Apple pies made with whole apples from Aomori Prefecture will also be popular. Remo Order allows shoppers to order products from all Hankyu stores by phone (092-461-1381<\/a>) and make payments on the internet from their home\u2019s comfort. <\/p>\n
