The tournament was played with teams invited from overseas in previous years, but this year it will be held as a domestic tournament with 12 boys’ teams and eight girls’ teams. The battle between Kyoto Seisho High School, the runner-up in the 100th National High School Rugby Tournament at the end of last year, and Higashi Fukuoka High School, the champion of Fukuoka, will be closely watched. *This tournament will be held without an audience but can be viewed online.<\/p>\n
