Timed perfectly for the coldest time of year, twenty-two restaurants in Fukutsu offer belly-warming winter udon, ramen, chanpon, and pasta noodle dishes. It\u2019s also an ideal time of year to catch a glimpse of the \u201cpath of light\u201d view from Miyajidake Shrine. This wonderous view down the shrine\u2019s stairway and along a path into the sunset can only be enjoyed twice a year. February is one of those times, but it can be chilly! So consider warming up with a bowl of hot noodles before you walk around. Some dishes include locally caught seafood. Others have a spicy flavor or seasonal ingredients. There\u2019s bound to be something to entice everyone. <\/p>\n
