Now in its 10th year, the Nepal Festival in Fukuoka first began as part of efforts by Fukuoka-based international exchange students to initiate a cultural exchange with the local community. It has since turned into a well-established annual festival. The one-day gathering will allow participants to experience authentic Nepali food and see traditional Nepali music and dance performances. Visitors can also browse Nepali accessories and miscellaneous goods. Free sari-wearing experiences, as well as tourism information on Nepal, will also be available.<\/p>\n
