The ” Wa no Hakata” event allows visitors to enjoy the spirit of “wa” (Japanese style) that lives in the old town area of Hakata, a town with historical traditions and culture, while walking around the city. During the event, a huge curtain with the logo mark of “Wa no Hakata” will be displayed at Hakata Sennen no Mon, a welcome gate leading to the temple and shrine area of Hakata, and a quiz rally, “Udon lecture” unique to Hakata where Jotenji Temple, a place of udon tradition, is located, and on October 14~15, a restaurant hopping event will be held in the neighborhood along the Kushida Shrine Omotesando.<\/p>\n
