<\/p>\nArita Ceramics Festival is a different experience from the “Arita Pottery Market” held during Golden Week, as visitors can enjoy Arita in autumn at a leisurely pace, not only by shopping and experiencing Arita-yaki porcelain but also by enjoying the autumn leaves and local cuisine. Visitors can enjoy shopping at stores in the town, take a guided tour, and enjoy a limited-time-only menu made with seasonal ingredients and served in Arita-yaki porcelain dishes. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities while walking around the town. On Nov. 19 and 20, visitors will have a unique opportunity to observe the firing of kilns that are not usually open to the public at five of Arita’s representative kilns. A free shuttle bus will also be available from Arita Station during the festival to take visitors around the town.<\/p>\n
