<\/p>\nThis is one of the largest festivals in Japan for the traditional craft of Kurume Kasuri, where 25 Kurume Kasuri weavers and wholesalers gather to showcase their products. This year, the focus will be on the “Kurume Kasuri network” and new aspects of Kurume Kasuri will be introduced by exhibiting actual products, panels, and designs showing how Kurume Kasuri is used by apparel and food manufacturers and local businesses throughout Japan. The annual exhibition of new products and a fashion show will be held, and Kurume Kasuri cutouts, fabrics, clothing, bags, and other items will be sold at special prices.<\/p>\n
