<\/p>\nDuring Golden Week, Itoshima’s food trucks will come together for a special event at Yamasue, a renowned producer of Itoshima mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The event will feature a mix of established and newer trucks, some operating for less than a year. Over the course of five days, a total of 11 stalls will serve a variety of delicious food and other items, such as takoyaki, yakitori, coffee, crepes, dried flowers, and self-portraits.
