\nEmbark on an auditory journey with sound artist Yoichi Kamimura as he presents a meditative and immersive performance, combining environmental sounds from around the globe. Experience the unique ‘soundscapes’ he’s recorded, from the ice floes of Shiretoko, Hokkaido, to the glacial regions of Iceland, traces of ancient glaciers in Finland, and Therme Vals in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

\nJoin Montreal-based pianist Kimihiro Yasaka as he brings to life ‘Goto (Archipelago)’, an immersive new composition by Daryl Jamieson. Based on sounds and videos captured in Goto over the past year, this performance will not only be the first in Fukuoka, but also a unique glimpse into the rich, unique culture of the World Heritage Site, Got\u014d Archipelago.
