This year&#8217;s topic is &#8220;How Can Diversity Guide Our Science and Society?&#8221; Each year, the Kyushu University Public Relations Office organizes a series of lectures under a common theme to connect the university with the local community. The event focuses on proactive dialogue and discussion and is bilingual in English and Japanese.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s theme is &#8220;Diversity,&#8221; and the event will be held at the Fukuoka City Museum Lecture Hall. In the first part of the event, three professors and a student group from Kyushu University will present their respective topics.
