After three rounds, the rope is cut in two, and from the winning team’s (the “Hotoke” team) rope, a ring is made for a children’s sumo tournament.

（一社）糸島市観光協会

• 8/15 (Thu.) *slight rain or shine
• 15:00~17:30
• Free viewing
• Dainyu Hakusan Shrine
• 2564 Nijofukui, Itoshima City, Fukuoka
• https://kanko-itoshima.jp/spot/dainyukazura/

（一社）糸島市観光協会

This traditional event has been held for over 160 years in the Dainyu district of Itoshima.
