To inspire positive change and tackle this uncomfortable but important topic, TELL focuses on Step-Up Challenge 2024 \u2013 a month-long, nationwide effort to #StartTheConversation. Step Up is an annual event to honour the lives we lost to suicide in Japan the year before through walking. If you are passionate about mental health or wish to participate in a good cause we hope you will consider joining us for a walk in the park. All proceeds will be used to support mental health support in Japan through TELL.<\/p>\n
