The event features flower seedling sales, plant-themed workshops, monkey performances, and rickshaw rides (for a fee). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Around mid-April, peonies reach their peak near the wisteria garden, followed by blooming tree peonies and azaleas in early May.
