Canada Day, celebrated on July 1, marks the anniversary of the country\u2019s founding\u2014and since 2007, Fukuoka\u2019s Canada Day Party has brought people together to share in the fun, food, and spirit of Canadian culture. After a six-year break, we\u2019re excited to bring the party back!<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event takes place rain or shine at a spacious outdoor BBQ garden with seating for 280, right next to Fukuoka Castle and Ohori Park. Big tents offer plenty of shade and shelter, and a giant tipi will be the center for drinks and treats.<\/p>\n

Expect good vibes all around with an all-Canadian music playlist, live performances, and a proper grill-it-yourself BBQ\u2014featuring Canadian beef, pork, fresh veggies, and seafood sides like lobster and salmon. The event will be held rain or shine, except in the case of high winds or a severe storm as declared by the organizer. Updates will be announced on the official Fukuoka Now website, social media, and sent to the email address registered on Peatix.<\/p>\n
