\nMonpe Expo, organized by regional culture brand Unagi no Nedoko, brings together over 5,000 pairs of monpe in one place. Visitors can explore a wide variety of designs and fabrics, including Unagi no Nedoko originals and pieces made by renowned Kasuri weavers such as Nomura Orimono, Marugame Kasuri Orimono, Sakata Orimono, and Shimokawa Orimono. A rare chance to see the diversity and evolution of this iconic garment.<\/p>\n
