On a roughly 50-meter, two-lane stretch of road between the former IMS Building and the Tenjin Twin Building in Tenjin 1-ch\u014dme, a pedestrian-only street event will gather plants, crafts, food, and live music. Certified as a \u201cHokomichi\u201d (Pedestrian Convenience Road)\u2014a designation intended to create a comfortable space for strolling and lingering\u2014the area will host plant displays and sales, food vendors, seating areas, and live music performances along the roadway.<\/p>\n
