The international pickleball tour is coming to Japan for the first time\u2014and it\u2019s happening right here in Itoshima! Born on the West Coast of the U.S., pickleball is a fast-growing paddle sport popular in North America for its accessibility and fun pace. Age and experience don\u2019t matter\u2014anyone can enjoy it. This marks the debut of the PPA Tour in Asia, and Itoshima is Japan\u2019s first-ever tour stop. A total of 1,232 players from Japan and abroad will compete, with \u00a510 million in prize money up for grabs. In addition to matches on dedicated courts, the event offers hands-on experiences for beginners, making it great for families and newcomers. Expect food trucks too!<\/p>\n
