Founded by H\u014dnen, who taught that anyone could reach the Pure Land by chanting \u201cNamu Amida Butsu,\u201d the sect gained wide support from nobles to commoners, and flourished under the Tokugawa shogunate in the Edo period. The exhibition explores H\u014dnen\u2019s life, teachings, and the sect\u2019s history through rare and important artifacts.
