<\/p>\nIn winter 2026, as the Ishibashi Cultural Center (Ishibashi Bunka Center) approaches its 70th anniversary, it introduces a new light experience. Created by nightscape critic and illumination producer Marumaru Motoo, the show unfolds across two contrasting gardens. The Western-style garden glows with grand lighting, with a \u201cLight Orchestra\u201d sound-and-light performance staged every 10 minutes. In the Japanese garden zone, lighting harmonizes with nature alongside an aurora show. In the \u201cForest of Creation,\u201d where Kurume-born Western-style painter Sakamoto Hanjir\u014d\u2019s atelier stands, bamboo lanterns illuminate the paths, adding a quiet sense of mystery to the night forest.<\/p>\n
