In this special session, we will unveil for the first time the experimental initiative launched inside the ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.: \u201cONE BLDG. COFFEE LAB.\u201d From sourcing and brewing coffee to the discarded grounds it leaves behind\u2014how can these materials transform into art, and eventually, into urban development? As we showcase how children \u201chack\u201d the building through coffee grounds \u00d7 art, we will dive into essential questions: Developers shaping the future of Fukuoka, professionals from the coffee industry, leaders in children\u2019s art education, and the university student who initiated this project will come together to explore how food \u00d7 art \u00d7 children can become a force that cultivates the city itself.
