Shiraito Falls in Itoshima, a designated scenic spot in Fukuoka Prefecture and a well-known power spot, offers yamame trout fishing from Golden Week (Apr. 29\u2013Oct. 31). Visitors can rent a rod for \u00a53,000 and catch up to three fish; even if none are caught, up to two fish are provided.
\nThe fish can be salt-grilled at the on-site restaurant, Shiki no Chaya, for \u00a5200 each. During the festival period, each fishing experience also includes one serving of somen noodles.<\/p>\n
