Believed to date back to the shrine\u2019s founding, it is held annually on Jul 13 to pray for a bountiful harvest, household safety, and good health.<\/p>\n<p>Young men parade from Suga Shrine to Nokita Beach, vigorously swinging red and blue lion heads while chanting spirited calls.
