Following a Lunar New Year edition held in January and February, this marks the festival\u2019s second Fukuoka event of 2026. In collaboration with Tainan City, the event offers a taste of Taiwanese food and culture through regional dishes, drinks, lantern decorations, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Food stalls will serve Taiwanese favorites including giant fried chicken cutlets, xiaolongbao, beef noodles, and lu rou fan, along with Tainan-style shrimp rice (xi\u0101r\u00e9n f\u00e0n). Highlighting the savory flavor of shrimp, this rice dish is a specialty of southern Taiwan. Taiwanese beer, mango sours, and lemon sours will also be available, adding to the lively night-market atmosphere from lunchtime into the evening.
