Accompanied by shamisen, drums and singing, they perform dances that showcase a culture still practiced in Fukuoka today at traditional restaurants, banquets and celebratory occasions.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes \u201cIwai Medeta,\u201d a celebratory song associated with Hakata, and \u201cKurodabushi,\u201d one of Fukuoka\u2019s best-known folk songs.
