Everyone is welcome to join at any point on the walk, and participants will receive a candle, a hat with \u201c3.11\u201d printed upon it and a <em>hachimaki<\/em> (headband). Those who wish to join the walk from the start should meet at Fureai Hiroba (in front of City Hall) by 18:00.
