Six of the hotel\u2019s restaurants will be putting on a special menu, and all of these will offer \u201cItoshima ICHIGO squash\u201d (a non-alcoholic strawberry squash drink, \u00a5900). Green House on the first floor will be hosting a special buffet dinner (adult: \u00a54,500, ES: \u00a52,500, 4y.o. ~ under ES: \u00a5900), including Itoshima croquette, pot au feu using Itoshima cabbage, green curry with Itoshima-grown vegetables, and Itoshima pork <em>shabu shabu<\/em>. Green House will also be serving two Itoshima produce-based dishes a la carte: french toast using Itoshima Amaou strawberries (\u00a51,600), and beef stew using Itoshima beef (\u00a52,700). Ajisai, on the basement floor, will be offering <em>karaage<\/em> using Itoshima-grown chicken (\u00a51,200), salad made with Itoshima vegetables (\u00a5700), vegetable <em>tempura<\/em> (also made with Itoshima veggies, \u00a51,000), and <em>chawanmushi<\/em> (steamed egg custard, \u00a5600) using Tsumandegoran eggs (eggs from a farm famous for using healthy and happy hens).
