Products will include traditional crafts such as the Hita <em>geta<\/em> (wooden clogs) from Shinwasangyo and bamboo chopsticks from Ouchi Kougei. Food stalls will offer up famous Hita foods, including delicious <em>ramen<\/em> from the famous <em>ramen<\/em> shop Rairaiken and Hita <em>yakisoba<\/em> (fried chow mein noodles).
