They have invited renowned chef Ai Hosokawa from Kumamoto and lifestyle design team\u300cINDUBITABLY\u300dto create a workshop event. The chef will share her memorable recipes and explain the stages involved as she cooks together with all the participants, making use of delicious locally produced ingredients. A table will be set up at the site of the famous 1000 year-old ginkgo tree so that participants can sit, eat and converse together under its golden leaves. Following the workshop, guests can sample a selection of teas from Arita and Ureshino served by a specialist, Naoko Ideno. Together with chef Ai Hosokawa and designer Teruhiro Yanagihara, these three will lead discussions about cuisine, tea culture and design, and how these combine to enrich our everyday lives.
