Hop on the sightseeing bus in front of Fukuoka Central Post Office in Tenjin and take a one-hour tour passing by decorative <em>kazariyama<\/em> floats, which are displayed around the city for Yamakasa. Bus departs 10:30am 11:00am. Passengers can ride the limited route for free, providing they show up in a <em>yukata<\/em>. Apply by postcard or email by July 6.
