After a successful string of races in Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido and Fukuoka last year, the Sweets Marathon is back! Runners are supplied with a colorful assortment of mini-cakes and desserts at aid stations along the race, while spectators can visit booths selling even more sweets! All participants also receive a reward sweet by Sano Patissier worth \u00a51,200. There are two categories: the \u201c10km Marathon\u201d (limited to 1,500 participants, under 20 year olds must have guardian\u2019s permission) and the \u201cRelay Marathon\u201d (42.195km with baton change stations every 2km) for groups of 2~10-people (limited to 1,500 participants. Under 15 year olds must be on guardian\u2019s team).
