Thirteen stands &#8211; made up of nine individual shops plus four collaboration stands &#8211; will serve up top-quality ramen from across Kyushu and Japan (Tokyo, Hokkaido etc.). Including these collaborations of local ramen shops (two per stall), a grand total of 17 ramen brands are participating in the show!
