Head to the \u201cTsubame-no-mori Hiroba\u201d rooftop garden to see the limited time \u201cKoinobori Matsuri\u201d, in which 100 carp-shaped streamers from Tsuetate Onsen, Oguni, Kumamoto will be displayed (4\/23 (Tue.) ~ May 6 (Mon.)).
