It was reborn in 2009 with a new emphasis on producing new work and reenergizing the performing arts across Japan. The festival contains four pieces. \u2018House the Homeless\u2019 directed by Kamiiketakuya and \u2018MuDA G\u2019 by the Kyoto based prize winning group \u2018QUICK\u2019 are both original collaborations by artists working together for the first time. QUICK\u2019s prize winning shows involve an interdisciplinary use of dance, multimedia and martial arts and their latest piece is themed around nuclear fission, life, death and the universe.  \u2018Fragile World\u2019, a piece about darkness in modern society, was created by bringing established choreographer Kakuya Ohashi to a local city to live and work with local artists. Selected by a panel of judges, the final, jazzy piece \u2018I\u2019m another you\u2019, presented by a Fukuoka based group called \u2018In Lake ch\u2019 promises \u2018one chair, one table and 16 limbs\u2019.
