Flair bartending is a bartending style in which the usage of bottles, shakers, and glasses are incorporated in an acrobatic entertainment performance. Locals know that flair bartending is a rare sight to see within Fukuoka, as bars large enough to hold such elaborate displays are scarce. Compared to large metropolises such as Tokyo or the Kansai region, the recognition for Fukuoka\u2019s flair bartending scene is diminishing. To even witness flair bartending is difficult due to current circumstances of limited available space. To contribute to the development of flair bartending in Fukuoka, Hard Rock Cafe Fukuoka will provide customers the opportunity to see flair bartending entertainment in person, with the cooperation of their inhouse flair bartending team, \u201cP.E.A.S.\u201d Eighteen flair bartending competitors coming from Kyushu regions and various regions nationwide will be judged on their flair skill, entertainment ability, and of course the level of deliciousness of their cocktail concoctions.
