As part of this year\u2019s campaign, the City will open five outdoor facilities to the public for free on Oct. 28 (Sun.)\u2013 Fukuoka Municipal Zoo &#038; Botanical Gardens, Y\u016bsentei Park, Rakusui-en and Shofu-en.
