From 8\/17~8\/26, sample the selection of sparkling wines while dining at the finest restaurants in Fukuoka. To take part, just order a glass of sparkling wine at one of the 50 restaurants participating in the festival \u2013 the kind of spumante available and event conditions differ per restaurant, so check the website for more details. **Special offer!
