Itoshima food producers and top chefs (specialising in French cuisine) are collaborating to host a very special dinner at Tenjin Monolith. Upon entering, guests will receive a fresh juice made using Itoshima fruits. They can then pick from over 15 different dishes (12 buffet dishes and seven main dishes, including <em>somenchiri<\/em> &#8211; a noodle dish native to Itoshima), and enjoy <em>nomihoudai<\/em> (all-you-can-drink service) on beer, <em>shochu<\/em>, red\/white wine, <em>sake<\/em>, cocktails (30 kinds), non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks. The Itoshima farmers will give a presentation on how best to enjoy their produce, and there will then be a collaborative talk given by the food producers and the chefs.
