One of the owners of Yuge Seicha, a fine-quality <em>Yame-cha<\/em> tea farm in the south of Fukuoka Prefecture, is holding workshops in the center of Fukuoka City. Guests will learn how many leaves to use, at what temperature to brew them, and for how long. They will also learn how to adjust these factors for different types of <em>sencha<\/em>. There will be two sessions each day. Yuge Seicha will also have a stall at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fukuoka-now.com\/en\/event\/gokoku-jinja-shrine-flea-market\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gokoku Jinja Shrine Flea Market<\/a> that weekend &#8211; stop by to buy tea made with the first, tender leaves of the season (<em>shincha<\/em>) or <em>mizudashi sencha<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>Want to go tea picking?
