Tickets for the 2019 Rugby World Cup will be made available to people living in Fukuoka Prefecture from March 19 to April 12. Japan will host the competition from September to November next year, marking the first time that rugby\u2019s showpiece event will be staged in Asia. During the tournament, three matches will take place at Fukuoka\u2019s Level 5 Stadium. Residents of the prefecture are eligible to enter a special lottery in which selected winners can purchase tickets to see some of the world\u2019s best rugby players compete in the tournaments round-robin stage.
