The local Daimyo-based restaurant Ganso Tomato Ramen Sanmi, Hakata\u2019s Nagahama Number One, and Tokyo\u2019s Shinasoba Chibakiya have all established a presence on the <em>ramen<\/em> specialty food court-style facility, located on the fifth floor of Canal City Hakata. Be sure to check out Sanmi\u2019s unique tomato-based <em>ramen<\/em> topped with cheese, Number One\u2019s <em>tonkotsu<\/em> (pork bone) broth, and Chibakiya\u2019s thin, curly style noodles. These shops opened their doors on March 28 and are serving customers from 11:00~23:00 daily.
