The center will provide information and emergency interpreting services to foreign residents and tourists in the event of a disaster. The center will collect information on foreigners from local municipalities affected by disasters, and based on this, it will dispatch volunteer interpreters and translators where needed. It will also provide translations of Disaster Prevention info-mail messages.
