The \u00a540 billion budget will include construction of a new terminal building with a gross floor area of 13,000 sq m. The capacity of the immigration booths will be doubled to handle arrivals of two large cruise ships simultaneously. Development of a first-class hotel and an expanded bus parking area are also part of the plans.
